Hi friends,
I'm facing a problem while printing SAP SCRIPT in DOT MATRIX Printer.
I have an SAP SCRIPT page. After printing the page, printer header(control)
is going to the mid of the next sheet(paper).
So if i give 2 copies in print request,1st copy is ok. 2nd copy is getting started from mid of the next sheet
(where the printer header )
But i want it to print from the begining of that sheet.(instead of mid of the sheet)
How to do this..Waiting for ur suggessions.
Thanks.

Hi,
1,In SPAD put printer driver as SAPWIN
2,Check the page size in SPAD
3.create the paper size in OS,
In windows you can create paper size
Control panel->Printers and Faxes-> click right button of mouse -> click server properties
There you can create paper size
Create it and assign to printer
Take the print

Hi Aidan,
Thanks for the reply.
Yes, the custom page format has the same length of the actual paper size..
Is there something to do with the printer settings?
I've tried printing in a laser printer using letter size and it works fine.
Thank you.

Hi,
Does you page format in the sapscript form match the length of the actual page. You may need to create a custom page format to match the length of the actual paper.
regards,
Aidan
