EIC - Web Requests have displaced.

We are having a problem with EIC,

1 The web request is raised and processed through the EIC Inbox and creating the activity, but normally the web request should be removed from the inbox, but its staying with a status "reserved".

2 Once converted to an activity, the Category is becoming the Description and the required SubCategory is being removed.

Can anyone throw any light on this....Please, this is in our Production system

I would review the configuration you have in the following

Assign Status of Element Types to Inbox Status

Assign Priorities of Element Types to Inbox Priorities

as it appears that there may be an issue.
