Holding the requisitioner when approver is approving the shopping cart

Hello Everybody,

I need your valueble inputs regarding the requirement that is, When the approval is approving the shopping cart, at that point of time requisitioner is not allowed to do any changes with the perticular shopping cart??

Pls provide me if any related BADI 's or related inputs meet up my requirement

Hi Sahil,

Changes to any business object are dependant upon workflow security settings in the system (ultimately in the user profile >> personalisation >> BBP_WFL_SECURITY )

To manage changes allowed shopping cart at different levels / statues, you can try to implement BBP_WFL_SECUR_BADI for business object BUS2121 (shopping cart).

Hi,

Because the workflow workitem is locked by approver.

Requestor can recall workitem before or after the lock.

But i need little more explaination regarding how to hold requisitioner when the shopping cart is under processing level ..

Pls tel me if any configuration has to be done to make shopping cart as non editable at the time of aaproval..

Hi,

Which case are you talking about?

A: Workitem is in approver inbox but it has not been executed yet.

B. Workitem is in approver inbox and it is in middle of execution by approver.

If you case is B, 2 person can not edit 1 document.

What is your SRM version?

Hi i am working on SRM 7.0.. I belongs to case B

@ ravi: i need to display a error message showing" requisitioner not allowed to do changes" when shopping cart is under approval.

could you help me..i don think in side tat BADi,I may not able to display any message,,
