MDM catalog error

I am facing issues with the MDM catalogues, Basically the issue was when I am trying to create the Shopping cart from the MDM internal catalog the catalog items are not correctly retuning to the Shopping Cart.( The items that are selected in the catalog that are not matching with the Shopping cart level).

All the DATA manager data and MDM repository looks fine.

Did you ever resolve this issue ? we have the same issue of items not returning to the cart.
