Hey Guys,
I have many services accessing LM01 RF internet services, for some reason a very wide
blank space suddenly appeared on all of my screens at PRD system and then after refresh at QA
system the same thing happened. But in the DEV system everything's working fine.
What I've done:
Comparing SAP_BASIS and APPL, ok
Checked ITSMOBILE service version, same in all systems;
Notes:
Note 1242897 - Dynpro does not fit to the mobile device screen
Note 1316326 - ITSmobile: HTML element size is independent of font size
I found the following threads the they did not help:
One thing that really bother me is that I got both HTML and create a very simple local file with both HTML
in order to find any blank lines or spaces.. or images..THERE IS NOT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BOTH!!
Any ideas?
Thank you in advance,
Alexandre Rocha
Hi Alexandre,
Was the same template generation style used across PRD, DEV and QA for LM01?
Was this template generation done when you where on the same BASIS release?
What is the SAP_BASIS and Kernel release that you are currently on?

Hi,
Actually for each Client(D,Q and P) we have one server and thus one files.. what should be the same if nobody has done any change.
So, I figured out when was comparing the file showed in the SAP GUI(SE80) with the file in the servers.. they were different.. what was not making any sense. So we found the transaction SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INT which left each environment synchonized... so we had to execute it in D, Q and P.
SAP_APPL - 604 / SAP_BASIS - 701

Hi,
well I'd say that there are two diff way to regenerate and publish a particular ITS service, the first one is using SE80 as you might know and the other is using that transaction. I'd tried the first And nothing happened and the second seems to be very power full and do not care about permissions... Just publish and overwrite all stuff.

Alex
