We are installing SAP solman 7 EHP1 in Windows Server 2008 R2/MSSQL 2008 and the installation stop at Configure System Landscape Directory phase, the following message appears in sapinst_dev.log:

Is there any error in the java.log? If you find any message like:
The provided user data might be incorrect or user might be locked.
Check if the password if correct or user is locked.
