Error:No data found for contact person 'xxx'. Inform system administration

Hi expert,

Now I am in realization phase of SRM 7 pps that integrate with ECC 6.0

need help on solving this issue:

I try to create RFx with all RFx type and appear error:

"No data found for contact person '2000000243'. Inform system administration"

Does anyone know the setting to solve this error.

bidder is not created properly.Please check in UI , contact person details are updated correctly.

if you are facing this issue for all bidders, then contact person not created correctly.

Have you created a contact person for the vendor to whom you are sending the Rfx?
