hi,

we are facing an issue while opening the shopping cart details.

we added Monitor shopping cart application for operational purchaser role,

the application is standard application which is working fine for SRM ADMIN role,

for purchaser role the report is giving shopping cart results but while selecting the Shopping cart details its giving error

"There is no iView available for system "SAP_SRM": object "sc". For more information, contact your administrator. "

Hello,

Please follow note 1367609. Here just find which iview is the one for "Display Shopping cart" missing and add into the user.

This should solve the issue.

If yes, could you tell me which iview you added, if you remember please. I have also read the note and have added couple of iviews which I thought could be missing, but error is still there..

Please let me know what iview is used to display shopping cart.

solved the issue by implementing a SAP Note
