How to uninstall a deploye ear

Hi,

I am in the process of installing CRM 4 ISA SP6 on our 6.20 system. By mistake I deployed the SP6 Patch 14 B2B/B2C/ISAUSRADM/SHOPADMIN/WEBCATADMIN ear files via the SDM without having first installed SP6. The problem I have now is that despite populating the property customer.config.path.xcm.config.isa.sapmarkets.com the XCM cofig directory is not populated.

If I try and install SP6 version of the ISA Apps the SDM produces an error stating that the version I am trying to install is older than than the current version.

Can somebody please tell me how to remedy this problem

Hi Mark,

there are two possibilites:

- in the SDM you can choose the undeployment tab to remove deployed ears

- you can expand "Deployment Configuration" (at the bottom of the deployment tab) and choose "Update deployed SDAs/SCAs that have any version" when you want to deploy something via SDM

Thanks for the reply. I have been unable to un-deploy the ear files applied in error. I have taken the drastic action of re-installing the 6.20 J2EE and SDM. The system now errors when I try to deploy the ISA apps.

Hi Mark,

the ISA apps have dependencies to some other JAVA libraries. All required libraries are available in the SAP BASIC JAVA Libs .SCA file. Just deploy this SCA before you deploy the ISA Apps.

To download the SAP Basic Java Libs:

- go to the Service Marketplace quick link sp-stacks (http://service.sap.com/sp-stacks).

- select 'SAP CRM 4.0' from the list.

- scroll down to (or search for) 'SAP BASIC JAVA LIBS 6.20' and press the button 'Download Page'.

- there you'll find all available SPs.
