D9* files

Hello

I hope I'm rigth here.

I have a question about a transport files. As I create the transport in a BI and I release it, I cannot find the D9* files. In catalog /trans/data (al11) there is no D9* files at all.

Can someone help me to create it?

Hello Krzysztof,

this might have several causes. Most common:

1) access rights on /usr/trans and subdirectories (must be owner + groups, like <sid>adm sapsys) - check this link: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/0a/0a2e39ef6211d3a6510000e835363f/content.htm

2) check the transport log of the request for errors when creating a data file;

3) check if the systems involved (source, target) are on the same transport group and have the same transport directory <-- important. Goto STMS and perform connection and tp tool tests for these systems.

3) update tp and R3trans tools.
