Catalog PO errors out

Former Member

Hi All,

After approval of SC which has catalog items, the Purchase order is erroring out in process.

This is not the case for all Catalog based Shopping carts. Some Catalog PO's are succesfully created and some catalog PO's are erroring out.

Checked with RZ20 error log and it was not of much help.

Have tried debugging FM bbp_pd_sc_transfer and at times encounter a java error:java debugging on backend ***** is waiting for port 8002.

Kindly advise on how to proceed further and identify the reason behind Catalog PO's erroring out.

Thanks,

Supriya

Hi

what is the corresponding error in RZ20

update here so that others can figure out.

learnt that there is some bad data is there in the sc and it not allows to create a PO in the ECC system - if it is classic

If you reproduce the same error in dev box, you can fix it shortly.

The rz20 error log for two catalog po's are:

No instance of object type Purchase order has been created.

Purchase order still contains faulty items.

Enter quantity, value or percentage for account assignment.

Enter g/l account.

sum of quantities >16 <larger than total quantity

enter g/l account

we are using extended classic scenario.

I have used the same product category, acount assignment and g/l account for regular SC and po got created successfully.

Please advise.
