no connect to database, session terminated

Dear All,

the users(PP, SD and MM) are saying that system is running slow while from last 2 days, some user session automatically terminated and they are getting following msg.

No connection to database, session terminated

all tcode are taking much time for execution while all processes are not in running status in SM50 and i also restarted the system. system was running fine after restart but once again user are getting above error.

System Scenario: there are 2 system PRD Application and Database and SAN is connected to PRD Database server. 150 users are logging on server. while we configured 100 users on PRD application server and 50 on PRD database server(distribution is fine??) .

fyi.... users of PRD Application server are getting above error.

Tablespace PSAPSR3 seems to be 100% full.Please add datafile .

Hi,

Check free space in oracle tablespaces and db logs in tr. DBACOCKPIT.

Check buffers in tr. ST02.

while last time buffer were showing in red status, so i increased the value of those specific parameters.

now again some parameters still showing swapped value and i think that may be this is the cause of slow speed.

Check your data base is up and running when this message is came No connection to database, session terminated

and check this dev_w* logs.

What are the systems resources?

Is it a heterogeneous environment ?

So both servers are configured on a VLAN ?

Is your application server sapmnt mapped properly...

Can you post some of the systemlog when the disconnections happen.

What's in the database log?

What's in the Windows system logs?

Post anything that may help analysis.

yes....both server (APP & DB) are the part of same VLAN.

yes.. and also RFC are running fine.

but there is no old log in SM21.. mean now there is updated log.
