Taiwan Government Unified Invoice(GUI) is not determined in Invoice

Hi Team

The configuration required for Taiwan GUI format (it is in Cross-Application document numbering for Taiwan in SPRO) has been done. During Invoice creation Business place is determined but the GUI number is not being determined into 'Reference' field of Billing document.

Following are the configuration steps i have followed: SPRO --> Cross-Application Components --> General Application Functions --> Cross-Application Document Numbering --> Taiwan

1) Define Business Places

2) Assign Business Places to Sales Offices

3) Maintain Document Classes

4) Assign Document Class to Document Type

5) Maintain Number Groups

6) Maintain Number Ranges

7) Assign Number Ranges to Business Places

Can anyone please advise if I am missing something?

Hi,

Thanks for the information. I have already reviewd and followed the SAP Help for Country specific configuration for Taiwan.

I resolved this issue after debugging OFF_NUMBER_GLOBAL_NUMBERING and OFF_NUMBER_GLOBAL_NUMBERING_TW function module.

Before proceed to generating Taiwan GUI numbering these function modules are looking for Accounting document type in Billing Document type (TVFK-BLART). From there it will read "Document Class for Document Type" from Taiwan specific configuration.

In our system TVFK-BLART is blank and hence during Invoice creation the GUI number is not being determined into 'Reference' field. I have maintained this to RV and it works.

Execute T/code IDCP

Hi Siva

Transaction IDCP requires Lotnumber/Book number to be entered. Taiwan does not have this.
