cancellation of proforma invoice

is there any process to cancel the proforma invoice?if any plese provide the solution.

Hi,

Just run the transaction code VF11 and give your proforma invoice number and then press Enter and then save it. Remeber if u cancel proforma invoice ther will be no impavt on accounting bcoz prforma invoice is not an accounting document.

On top of your thread, you can see a tab "Search forum". Click that and maintain the text "cancel proforma" and execute. You will get lot of inputs.

Check in VOFA, billing type whether "Cancell.billing type" is blank or input any document type? if you have any document type like S1. then you can cancel, otherwise not possible.
