Iu2019m a starter in rebate processing. Currently, I have a maximum amount of 1000$ in VBO3 and manually entered 100$ in VBO2 (Manual Payment) and system generated a Part Rebate settlement request. After completing the billing, when I went back to VBO2, was expecting the maximum amount to be 900$ but I see the maximum as 1000$. During final settlement process of the case mentioned above, I was expecting the total value to be 900$ (due to manual 100$ settlement) /$1000, but the total value on Rebate credit memo request is $1750.
Can you please let me know what went wrong and how to correct it?
