Confirmed qty always shows 0

Hi :

I encountered very strange case,in item level of sales order, then I went to schedule line tab and saw confirmed qty showed grey and zero, but in md04 and mmbe the available qty is 10,then I went back to header level to click on ATP check, it only shows one button "continue", and at bottom, I saw "Dely proposal:not possible" which means I am unable to confirm ,please help.

Hi sure:

Since the plant where this material be shipped to is none-planing plant, then we need to change the MRP type from PD to ND, then go back to va02, then go to procurement tab of header, then delete plant and schedule line category and let system refresh since it needs to be generated new schedule line category, once it gets refesh, then I clicked ATP, then click completed delivery, then it got confirmed, hope you guys can learn sth from it, good luck!

Go to

IMG >> SD >> Basic function >> Availability check and TOR >> Availability check >> Availability check with ATP logic >> Define default settings >> Maintain E in front of your sales area

Then in sales order u will able to see all tabs

One time delivery

delivery proposal

Hi I had checked it in vov6, it had been ticked for availability.

a) Ensure that your schedule line category is ticked for "Availability"

It is CP, what did you mean for tick for "Availability"?

b) Ensure that in MD04, no delivery reference is flowing for that material

in Md04 i am unable to see this sales order, so no delivery rference.

In VOV6, for CP, you can see a field Availability which should have been ticked.
