TNS error

Hello,

i was trying out few installation options. i have installed single abap stack and java stack on seperate DBs( oracle) although the host is same.

Now i have Two TNS services listed and only one can run.

Now the issue is if run the service corresponding to abap stack the java stack wont come up and vice versa.

How can i change the TNS variable so the both instance point to one service.

Hi,

By default in an installation, listener listen on 1527 port. So, now both of your listener are listening on this port that's the reason one system start at one time.

You can change listener port for one of the system to 1528 then both listener will start at same time. And your problem will be resolved.
