Info package unable extract data from source system

Hello Experts,

We are running the infopackage and it's not able to extract the data from source system and not crating the request also.

After some time it's failing and giving message time limitr exceed.

Could anyone please advice.

Hi Chetan,

You can check whether the connection between sytems are proper.

RSA1 ->SourceSystem->Rytclick on System ->Check

if some error is there it will be shown there.

otherwise it will say as Source System Connection OK.

You can also check if system receive some TRFs or not
