Crystal Reports 2008 SP3 & Checking Versions

We're running Crystal Reports 2008 SP2. Just downloaded SP3. Found this link that tells about the SPs & FPs:

FP2.8 is listed after SP3. Would I load SP3 and then FP2.8, FP3.1 & finally FP3.2?

Also, what is the best way to check Crystal Reports version?

Is it the version listed in the CR Developer About window?

Or the About window in the CMC - Central Mgmt Console?

Or what's installed in Programs & Features in the Control Panel?

Found out from SAP support that since I've got SP2 loaded, I just need to load SP3 and the FP3.2. That will include all the fixes to-date.

Didn't find out about version numbers but I'll pursue that later. I've got info on those.
