Report on all checked-out documents from SOLAR01

Dear experts

Do you know how I can report on all checked-out documents in SOLAR01. I am having difficulties in keeping track of this and I would like to be able to manage this better rather than on a document by document basis.

Yes, you can check it from the History Icon. It gives you a clear picture.

Thanks - but I already know that.

I want a report (or some such) that shows in one please all checked out documents - I don't want to have to look at each on individually.

Hi Marina,

unfortunately ther are no standard reports available that do reporting on checked-out objects. However, the relevant data about checked-out objects is stored in separate tables that can be used to develop your own reporting. Please check the tables SADIR_CH_OUT_OBJ, SADIR_CH_OUT_SUB, SADIR_CH_OUT_REV.

In fact it was easier than I thought;

using transaction SOLAR_EVAL & then select Project -> Business Blueprint -> Assignments -> Documentation.

One of the options here is to display based on the checked-in status, just deselect checked-in and I get all teh checked out documents ....

feeling slightly daft for not thinking of that before.
