Time out issue--soap--rfc sync scenario

Hi Experts,

I developed one interface SOAPPIRFC Sync scenario(PI 7.1 EHP1),it is workking fine, but for some test data it ia taking long tine to give response, ECC it self taking long time(5mnts),due to this my i am not getting response,when i test interface usibg WS Nvigator it is giving below message.

Invalid transport binding settingsRead timed out

I am sure that Time settings have to change,i changed using SMICM but not working..any help..
