Send Email at Check in on VT02N

I am trying to get an email whenever a check-in its saved in VT02N.

I can get a printed output with the following parameters in NACE:

Program RV56TD00

FORM routine ENTRY

Form SHIPMENT_DOC

Can I use the same parameters for 5 external medium? Is there a standard SAP program for this?

I am using output type ALTR and I want it to send an email to the user who created the sales order.

Hi,

by selecting medium as 7 - Simple mail

Go to VV71

Put out put type as ALTR and enter

Speciefy shipment type, medium as mail and langeuage then click on COMMUNICATION

Then maintain

RECIEPIENT - As your internal user who created order

RECIPIENT TYPE - As SAP logon name.

You can also maintain internal or external email ides .

Do you know if there is some way to do this but not sending the message to the same user, but rather change the email recipient depending on who created the SO?

I created in SPAD an email device type M so now I can create email in pdf.

But I can only send emails to myself.

Is there a partner function that works in Transportation VT01N / 2N for the user that created the sales order?
