Hi,
Iam not able to open oss connection,after opening it was cancled and i checked SAP OSS Conection are working fine.
Below is saproute -r out put

Do you use SNC or VPN for connect, you should start saprouter with command:
saprouter -r -K "p:CN=distinghishedname"
Example
saprouter -r -K "p:CN=host.com, OU=0000123456, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE"

Right : saprouter -r -K "p:CN=SAPVMQA, OU=0000912552, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE

No errors found in DEV_ROUT. Check OSS connection, in sm59 RFC SAP-OSS perform connection test, if you get any error please paste dev_rout here

I checked SAP OSS RFC it is working fine, but still am not able to open connection.
when i give saprouter -r -G saprouter.log -K "p:CN=SAPVMQA, OU=0000912552, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE"
command to start the router it is giving below message and stand there.

what's the error?... how is that you are not able to open the connection?... can you explain in detail?
At this point is either a problem with your SAProuter details in SMP or an issue with your saprouttab but you will get an error.
