BRF WF dealine notification

Hello,

We are implementing SRM 7 with ECS anf we did the whole config (Event Schema, Notification recipients, Business Transaction Type, OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND)

We use WF_COMPL_REQUESTED_START and WF_COMPL_REQUESTED_END.

In an other thread we could read that

Can you elaborate on that custom job please? What report did you schedule?

We currently gets no notification for WF deadline.

Hi,

Please check the SWWDHEX job is scheduled.

If not, go to SWU3 transaction.

Yes SWWDHEX is scheduled. We only get notification for APPROVAL_PROCESS_DOC_APPROVED and APPROVAL_PROCESS_DOC_REJECTED .

There is some issue with SAP standard code.
