Short Dump

Hi,

I am facing an issue, that whenever I add a an item to the shopping cart and click Ok, there is always a short dump. This has started happening after we had a organization restructuring. I have attached the short dump info as displayed in the web brower. I had done a preliminary analysis and felt that it was something to do with the organization structure/purchase org.

I would need the experts opinion on this.

What can I do?

Hi Rahul,

Have you activated the required services in SICF?

Have you published the ITS templates in SE80?

I am assuming that you have done all the settings as per config guide only .

Have you checked the consistency of the Org structure by exceuting the tcode "BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE"?
