Outbound delivery

Dear SD Experts,

I`m having a problem while creating the outbound delivery ,the delivery quantity is set to zero and the system shows an error (Only zero quantity of material 10033002077991 batch 09F03C0100 available) message number VL150 ,although the quantity was confirmed in the sales order and there is enough quantity in the storage location .

check Safety Stock is maintained in that Material Master? and check CO06

This may sound simple and silly but you never know. Check on the item 'picking' tab at the bottom and make sure you have the same storage location there that the material is actually assigned.

Maker sure the batch is not allocated to any other order/delivery. Use MD04/CO06 to check this. Did you enter the batch manually in the order/delivery? If so, then check your batch search strategy record in VCH2/VCH3 matches with batch characteristics in MSC2N/MSC3N.
