Hi,
We have set up Business Process Monitoring for critical jobs in Solution Manger, which needs to trigger email alerts when a job execution is delayed by 10min (yellow alert) 20 min ( Red alert). But we are receiving alert emails for jobs delayed by values less than thresholds set. For example, a job is delayed by 45sec and we received an alert email.
Can someone guide me on trouble shooting this situation.
