Hi.
When i try to publish my sender agreement in SR to make a web service I get the following error.
Could not establish connection to Services Registry; configure connection to Services Registry in SAP NetWeaver Administrator and try again
How do I fix this?

Got the connection to SR to work.

How will I find the web service in the soamanager so I can dissable policy handling?
Can not find any service with my interfacename.

A little problem here.
We are running PI 7.11
I can't find this menu in soamanagetment.
SOA Management -> Technical Configuration -> Destination Template Management
what's the name in PI 7.11?
