FM BCS - Old POs FM Account Assignment objects updation error

Dear Experts

We are implementing FM-BCS,

When I am trying to update FM Account assignment objects to Old P.Os (Created before FM activation) through T.Code FMCN and FMCT I am getting the below error message (Error Occured at FMCT T.code execution) "Document was reassigned in the meantime". I have also checked my derivation rules but they all seem to be correct

Can anyone help me to understand what's is this error.

Thanks for the immediate response,

When I am executing T.Code FMCT I got the message in the output " Document was reassigned in the meantime". Corrected Line items are Zero. There is no error code and number for this message. This was still displaying in worklist (T.Code FMCR).

Since thre is no detailed error help, that is the reason I am unable to understand the issue.
