Question : concern WT Infotype needed

HI

Sorry! Even i don't know this place is right to ask this question or not but i have urgency.

as i m new in SAP. So detail description will be helpful for me.

The problem is that, In US Payroll Wage type /19E automatically generated. I have checked all the rule for it

but doesn't get any clue. Pls specify what it means & why it appear automatically & which hwo the amount calculate in this wT.

The other point is that, suppose i find a WT 6331 in RT table, and i don't know from which infotype is generate. then what i have to do for it? i mean if we have a wage type code only then how can we identify the respective infotype for that WT.
