Hello!

1. Whether all parameters of message between the VAR Service Desk and the VAR Customer Service Desk are synchronized at mapping process?

Hello Dmitry,

Documents can be attached to a service desk message at either end Customer/VAR/SAP.

So your short answer is yes.
