Maintain and Update Customer Credit

Dear Expats,

May I know who is responsible (User/Functional Consultant) in a company to update Customer Credit Limit (FD32).

And also for some customers there is no Credit Limit (no records found in table KNKK) but we need to add credit limit for few customers therefore please let me know the procedure on how to do this.

Hi For mass update customer credit, you can use transaction f.34 to execute, let me know if you have question.

There is no fixed thumb rule for this. In some places, marketing will do this activity and in some places, finance people will do this activity but predominently, finance people will have control over this.

Normally it is credit representative if you do have similar people in your company, if not, it could be A/R accountant or sales service representative.
