Hi ,
Hope you are using PI 7.1 > . This is the default behaviour of JNLP . Just select Open.
Check you have installed the JRE 1.6 > in your client .
check java script enabled in your browser .

Hi,
From Control Panel, go to Java -> General tab, Temporary Internet Files -> View... -> Delete all the content there.
For 7.1x, ensure you are using a 1.5 java version.
Then go to:
> Integration buider page http://<host>:<port>/rep
> Administration
> Tab - Directory (Repository as well)
> Java Web Start Administration
> Restore Archives and Generate New Signature
For 7.0, ensure you are using a 1.4.2 java version.
Then go to:
> Integration buider page http://<host>:<port>/rep
> Administration
> Tab - Directory (Repository as well)
> Java Web Start Administration
> Re-initialization and force-signing

Hello,
This is happening because Java Web Start is not installed on ur machine.
Please install JRE or JDK on ur machine. Java Web Start will get installed with them. If u r on PI 7.0 or XI 3.0 then u can use Java 1.4 and above. If you are on PI 7.1 and above then use java 1.5 and above.
Regards,
Sami.

Hi,
You need to install JRE on your system to view the IR & ID. Make sure that you have installed JAVA and the recommended web browsers.
For PI 7.0 use the version 1.4_2
For &.1 Use 1.5
Thanks,

Hi Katakoti,
Could you tell what browser you are using ? I faced the same issue with Chrome.
Try with some other browser like Internet Explorer.
