Removing Messages from Scheduled state.

Hi,

I have executed report RSXMB_SHOW_STATUS in my PI system and found out that there are 134879 Message in scheduled state, which is very High number.

I want to cancel these messages from SXMB_MONI, however I am not able to cancel as I am facing timeout issue in SXMB_MONI for which I already have a thread open:

I am aware that the Report RSXMB_CANCEL_NO_COMMIT_MSG helps to cancel such messages, however message id is one of the input parameter for this report which unfortunately I dont know as I am not able to access MONI.

Is there any other way to cancel the messages in Scheduled state.

Hi Deepak,

Messages in scheduled state cannot be cancelled. Instead you can restart the messages to re-process.

Hi Hareen,

Yes we can cancel messages in schedule state.

I was able to find message id from table SXMSPMAST2 and then I scheduled the Jobs for report RSXMB_CHECK_MSG_QUEUE.
