First of all my apologies for posting a topic that has been discussed a few times. I have performed this activity successfully before. This time around, I am not sure what I have missed. I performed the following.
Define Transaction Types : Event Shema 'SC' assigned to Transaction Type 'SHC'
Define Events : Event Text maintained for WF_APPR_REQUESTED_END & WF_APPR_LATEST_END
Define Event Schema - Event Control : Assigned "Notific' as Event Category and Maintained Event Deadine in Hours for WF_APPR_REQUESTED_END & WF_APPR_LATEST_END
Define Recipient of Notifications : Done
Job SWWDHEX is running periodiocally.
No deadlines are getting created for SC Approval step and hence no notifications. The notifications get created if I maintain deadlines with the BAdI implementation. What am I missing in creating the deadlines using the configuration option?
