R/3 Server Service can't be started up

Hi, My R/3 server service can't be started up, I got the following error information from the "event viewer" of OS Windows 2K.

1. Initialization failed. Service not started. [ntservmain.cpp 942]

2.Unable to change to Directory
sys01\saploc\C11\DVEBMGS00\work. (Error 53 ERROR_BAD_NETPATH: The network path was not found. ) [ntservstart.cpp 667]

When I tried to start SAPDBA from the command line, the following error information was displayed:

"SAPDBA: Shared resource 'sapmnt' does not exist."

Please kindly help.

Hi Ren:

Seems like the Shares are lost. Make sure folder <drive:>\usr\sap is shared as "saploc" and "sapmnt", that should solve the problem
