Problem in Confero P6 and SAP Sync due to Project Version saved

Hi ,

I am facing a unique problem where one of my user has overwrite a WBS GZ-0002.4.K.07 itself instead of deleting and creating a new. so GZ-0002.4.K.07 is overwritten as GZ-0002.4.K.14 and it has now actuals as well.

As per Standard SAP it should not allowed to overwrite a WBS after saving but for some reason it happen and user able to do the changes. Before overwriting the project version is saved on the WBS GZ-0002.4.K.07 which is now showing only in CN23N.

And now when we are transferring data from SAP to P6 through Confero we are getting error that for the old WBS GZ-0002.4.K.07 is still saved under the project version 200.

My query is -

- Is there a way we can remove wbs GZ-0002.4.K.07 from CN23N as I checkec in CN71 its not coming there instead of deleting the whole project version.

Looking forward to hear some solution for this issue.

Hi,

Renaming the WBSE can be controlled by removing authorization.

Since project version is a snap shot I think it is not possible to delete only one WBSE from a project version.

May be you can delete the whole version.

Thanks Abdul..Actually I am looking for a solution where we can take the entry out from CN43N.
