Background job failing after DST(Day light saving)

Dear All,

After the recent DST switchover, the following job has been failing continuously every hour in PI System.

Job:Sap_collector_for_none_r3_stat

Dump: Itab_duplicate_key

I have followed the sap note 1158300 and followed the instructions.Yet the job isnt successful.

Pls guide me to resolve the issue.

Hello,

Could you please check the time zone settings on SAP system according

to note 919538? Please check if a variable summertime rule 'USA'

valid from '2007' is available. If not please implement note 919538 or

use the corresponding customizing report of note 198411.

OS time and SAP system time should be the same.

Also check the DST rules are correct in client 000

We noticed a similar issue on our systems (we had stats missing in ST03N). To fix it we had to update the 'Variable Summer time rules' in STZBC. The system gets the time from the OS but if the rules in SAP don't match the switch to DST that the OS followed then you will get issues like the one you are experiencing.

An updated set of settings is attached to SAP Note 198411.
