error en autorizaciones generales

buenos dias colegas, me podria ayudar por favor

tengo el inconveniente de querer autorizar usuarios a que puedan tener acceso a informes

pero al escoger la opcion donde dice autorizacion total y dar actualizar, no actualiza, si doy clic por segunda vez al boton actualizar dice que la operacion finalizo con exito, pero el acceso no se da y queda sin autorizacion

alguna idea de que podra ser

Se que tu post es del 2011 y quizás ya lo solucionaste, pero como no le han dado solución y se que algunos consultores o usuarios llegan a qui buscando solución (como lo hice yo), a continuación dejo la solución propuesta por SAP que me funciono a mi.

Debe aplicar la solución propuesta en la nota SAP 1315424 (Updating users authorization does not react with no error), que dice

Symptom

Updating users authorization does not react with no error.

Reproducing the issue

Scenario:

1. Open the General Authorization window (under Administration -> System Initialization -> Authorizations) and update some authorization for a specific user.

2. Press the Update button.

Actual behavior:

There is no response, the update does not take place but no error appears.
If you try to press the Update again, a success message appears but the update is not saved.

Expected behavior:

The authorization for the user should be updated.

This issue might occur if in the User Authorization table (USR3) there are authorizations that do not appear in the Additional Authorizations table (OUPT).

If you work on MSSQL database and the select query (attached) retrieves results, the solution can be delivered via the Remote Support Platform for SAP Business One.
Please refer to RSP Task 1569886.

If you work on HANA database and the select query (attached) retrieves results, kindly log an Incident to SAP Business One with the component SBO-ADM-INI-AUT.
