Document could not be accessed -msg no.26 136

Hi All,

I am new to DMS , we are trying to implement DMS in our PM space , trying to store PM documents in DMS , i have uploaded JPG file in Document and assigned to storage category .. now while opening the jpg file again from CV02N i am getting error that file cannot be accessed , msg no.26 136 .. please let me know where i am missing the settings.
