Reversing delivery line item only

Hi,

I have done PGI for a delivery which has 5 items in it and due to some reason I had to reverse only 1 line item which is not possible by VL09, Could some one ple let me know any way to reverse only 1 line?

Do you suggest physical inv?

Hi,

PGI creates an single accounting entry for the whole document.It may not be possible to do line item wise.You have to reverse in VL09 delete the required line item and do PGI again.

Physical inventory process will be suitable for stock adjustments and it will hit inventory price difference account.So this may not suit your requirement.

No you cannot achieve the desired result. The only option is to reverse via VL09 and you can recreate with the required line items, with the same number range.
