exclusive group of materials

Client is introducing an exclusive group of materials and their requirement is this group of materials should not be combined with the other group of materials in a sales order.

Without creating organizational unit, document types, is it possible using the standard to achieve this.

Hi,

You can achieve it through LISTING/EXCLUSION functionality

Create table with field Material group and assign it to EXCLUSION condition type - B001

And maintain condition record by VB01

Select condition B001 and select key combination as material group

Hi,

Kapil thanks for the reply, but this would mean the customer would not be able to buy other products. There is no restriction on the material being bought by the customer, the only requirement is that when the items from this speical group is used, the other materials should not be accepted in the order.
