Issue on RSWNUWLSEL Job

Dear Guru's,

As requested by our consultant, we scheduled the job RSWNUWLSEL_HR and RSWNUWLSEL_FULL with RSWNUWLSEL abap parameter for refreshing. Once we scheduled this job, we getting error message on the backend system on SLG1 t-code stating the below message.

An Instance of report SWN_SELSEN is currently active

Message no. SWF_UTL_001200

Diagnosis

An instance of report SWN_SELSEN is already currently active. This instance was scheduled by user ANANDAP.

System Response

A further instance of report SWN_SELSEN could not be started.

Could you please anyone suggest me why we're getting the above message.

Note : We're implementing E-rec system
