Hi,

I have so many material.

like:

FNCWN075,FNCWN080,FNCWN085,FNCWN090,FNCWN095,FNCWN100,FNCWN110 these are belongs to FNCWN material group.

FNCWS075,...................................,FNCWS110 these r FNCWS mat group

FCOCS075,.....................................,FCOCS110 these r FCOCS mat group

FCOCN075,.....................................,FCOCN110 these r FCOCN mat group

FNCRS075,......................................,FNCRS110 these r FNCRS mat group

FNCRN075,......................................,FNCRN110 these r FNCRN mat group

F2CZD075,........................................,F2CZD110 these r F2CZD mat group

IF customer purchase 10 boxes then he get 1 box free from FNCRN080,085,090 or FNCWN080,085,090.

So,how can i configure it in SAP.All r finished product.

Please help me.

I have been thinking this problem, what I thought is to set up material determination of these 10 materials with entered material A, then you will need to set up free goods with material A, then it might satisfy your requirement.

Material determination means : automatic substitution

so my question is not that.

Hello there:

FNCWS075,...................................,FNCWS110 these r FNCWS mat group

You need to set material determination for those materials,those need to be maintained as entered materails, and you also need to maintain e.g material 1000 as substitute material, maintaining table should be read as below:

entered material substitute material

FNCWS075 1000

FNCWS076 1000

FNCWS077 1000

FNCWS078 1000

FNCWS079 1000

FNCWS080 1000

The second step is to set up free goods condition for material 1000, let's say sell 10 give you 1 additional as gift.

Then this logic will satisfy your requirement, let's say we placed FNCWS079 5pcs,FNCWS080 3pcs,FNCWS078 2pcs,then SAP will sum them up to 10 pcs, then it will look for free goods condition table as well, so it wil give you additonal one, hope it helps.

10 boxes of all the items put together.10 boxes of different material then how it is configure the free goods?

Hi Jitu,

U mean to say 10 boxes of any one item or all the items put together?

If ur requirement is 10 boxes of anyone material then there is a solution but if ur requirement is for 10 boxes of different material then it is not possible to configure the free goods.

Hi Jitu,

If i understood ur requirement correctly then pls consider the below solution:

After configuring the condition technique for free goods,u need to maintain the condition records for condition type Na00 in VBN1.In this u have an option of exclusive and inclusive free goods.In that records you have to maintain the records such that if ur customer buys 10 boxes of ur specified material just follow this example

Material:A

Min.ord qty:10

for:

unit of Measure:

add.freegoods:1

add.Qty.unit:

Cal:

free goods:1

Additional material:B
