Set Up Scenario for consuming Enterprise Services

Hi Experts,

i'm trying to set a landscape that let me to consume isu ES from ECC 6.0 ehp 4 into Visual composer model running on netweaver 7.0 sps23.

Please advice me some articles or documents that let me to build a link between ES of my ECC 6 ehp and netweaver 7.0.

i ve already followed the guide you referred to but i have no result.

In your opinion shall i set up sld server in enterprise portal? i do this question cause reading log i realized that there is a sld issue when i search es list from visual composer.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

Reading the guide you suggest i noticed that it regards about ES published on SAP Web AS Java. The ES i want to use are on ECC 6.0 ABAP.

Any other suggest?

Hi,

You need to configure ECC backend in Visual Admin.

After searching I found [this guide |http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/a160392c-0e01-0010-7784-9cc564d871d2?quicklink=index&overridelayout=true]which exactly explain what you are looking for, just replace ES workplace system HU2 with your ECC Ehp4.
