Purchase in one step instead of four steps

Hi gurus,

In my SRM portal, I have 4 steps (4 different screens) to complete an order. Someone told me that is possible to make all the order in only 1 screen/step.

How can I make this change?

Hi,

I believe you are using SRM 7.0. There is a button "Create Shopping Cart" in POWL query Shopping Carts under Operational Purchaser. That button calls feeder type/class SAPSRM_FEEDER_SC_PROF. What you can do is change the button assignment in Employee Self Service screen and call this feeder type/class so that whenever user clicks on Shop button, system will take him to Professional Shopping screen i.e. 1 step shopping.

Hello,

If your user has role /SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE, probably you will be able to shop using the 4 steps option.

If your user has role /SAPSRM/OP_PURCHASER (or something similar), you will be able to shop in one step.
