Dear Experts,

I am trying to know if a certain company uses dropshipment process.

Without access to the SAP system, is there a way to find out?

Sorry if this is out of scope. But would appreciate very much if you can give me a clue.

Best bet would be checking with the business users. You can ask the sales people (CSR) on how the shipment is made to the customers. By this way, you can understand whether third party sales is used in the business process or not.
