Hi,
We are tring to send message from RWB-Integration Engine.
But while sending the message it is giving the error:
"Error while sending Message:500 User not authorised for message processing"
Can anybody help me with what roles must i assign the respective user so that he can process the message.
Regards,
Anand V
Hi Anand,
The error message clearly states that there is an authorization issue.
Check with your BASIS team for authorizations. Check if the users are locked or passwords are expired.
Make sure that everything is fine and try to send the message via RWB selecting Integration engine.
Thanks,

Hi,
As Sharma said, Please make sure that you didn't click on Adapater engine (RWB) and trying to send this message.
if you do, you will get this kind of auth error message.
Please click on Integration engine and fill all the details test tab and try to send.
Thanks
Praba

Make sure you have SAP_XI_RWB_SERV_USER user role assigned for your profile in SU01; check with your BASIS team. Also check what all Saurabh has said.

You need to pass user and password information. If you already passing them, better check for the authorizations if you are using your own user. Ask BASIS/Security to help out the authorizations for your user.
