HI All,

Please help me on this issue.

We have developed a smart from. The out put is in PDF format.

The output is displaying good with out specify any output device type.

The client maintaining two output device types.

If they maintain one output device type then output is displaying Partially wrong.

If they maintain another output device type then the total output is wrong.

My query is, Is it related to abaper issue or printer issue.

Could you please help me on this issue. it is very helpful for me.

Thanks,

Srini

Hi All,

They maintained two output device types

If select ITMILPRT912 output device type, the layout is completely wrong in preview

If select ITMILPRT913 output device type, the layout is partially correct (form header is wrong) in preview

If don't select any out put device type the layout is displaying the correct print preview.

When they specified in output device type, Then only the problem is occurred.

So please suggest me what is the problem? is it in smart form or printer settings (like font etc) ?

Thanks,

Srini

Your question is vague....but if the PDF output if "good" and the print is not "good", must be something other than the program or SmartForm...but you neglected to tell us what is "wrong" or "partially wrong" (ambiguous at best, wouldn't you say?), and the output device types defined!
