PDF doesn't start inplace

Hi,

I have a WD application for showing a PDF (not interactive). The UI element "INTERACTIVE_FORM" is used and I bind a xstring to the pdfSource property. Using the application the Adobe Acrobat Reader starts as a separate Window and on the WD view I have an empty white rectangle.

How can I force to start PDF inplace?

Hi,

a colleague of mine had the essential tip: In the reader (we use Adobe Reader 9) exists a setting: "Show PDF in Browser". This should be on. Now the WD applikation works.

That is very strange. There are really no options to open the PDF itself in a new window. Is this Adobe Acrobat that is running as the PDF plug-in? This is the only PDF read plug-in we support. If you are running some 3rd party PDF plug-in, that might explain the strange experience.
